My little ones...

So, the purpose of this blog is to document my family. So, to do so, I want to jot down little funny things my kids do from time to time!

Jake was introduced to the movie Tinkerbell recently. He loved it, but for some reason was curious if Tinkerbell "pooped?" Where did that come from?

Eli is trying REALLY hard at 10 months to say "bubba." It's probably the sweetest thing I have ever seen! He also says "uh-oh" ALL THE TIME!

Jake is really curious as to where Jesus lives and why he can't see him. It's a REALLY hard concept to teach a child, but is very convicting as far as your own faith. Jake doesn't understand, can't see or hear, but BELIEVES. Recently, I was talking to Jake about why we give money to church. Out of nowhere, he tells me that his God can do ANYTHING!

Eli is very mobile now! He is a late crawler, but is very verbal. I will be honest; I have kind of enjoyed him not being mobile. Now that he is- its a circus around here!

Tonight, we were reading a book called "A Christmas Prayer." Jake said -"mommy, Christmas is about more than toys!" Melt my heart!!!! Don't get me wrong, there is lots of talk about Santa and we chase the infamous Elf on the Shelf around, but I am so glad that Jake has learned the true meaning of Christmas!

This is going to be the BEST CHRISTMAS YET!
